We are excited to announce that Hubspace is now the Northern Innovation Network, a name that reflects our expanded mission to support entrepreneurs and increase investment access across Northern BC. This change follows our 2023 study, which highlighted the need for stronger local innovation support and greater access to capital for founders in the region.

To address these challenges, we are launching the Northern Angel Summit 2025, a 10-week program designed to help businesses become investment-ready while training accredited investors. The program will culminate in a live pitch event on September 25, 2025, where top startups compete for private investment.
